Anime RecapYouTube automation

I am looking for a video editor, voice actor, script writer, and thumbnail designer for the "anime" niche on YouTube. Would like to hire all as a team so please be able to have good teamwork skills. Or a team already ready. Engaging recaps is what we are looking for not just spitting out videos. Anime is a passion for many, so let’s provide them with great content. There will be 2-3 videos per week. Looking for people with pretty good quality skills and fast communication We would like to start with one video. If this goes well there is an opportunity to become long term role. Please share some examples of work you previous did.
